Bladder Campion - Silene
This herbaceous plant native to Europe is hardy enough to provide greenery all year round. It is also used in risottos and omelettes. In Italy, its flavor is similar to that of arugula and chicory, but slightly sweeter. Older leaves, on the other hand, are quite strong.

Sow in cold weather, or after storing seeds in the fridge for 60 days before sowing. Sow in trays, making sure seeds are lightly covered. When plants have 5 to 6 leaves, transplant into individual cups or directly into warmed soil, 40 cm apart in all directions. Autumn sowing is done in the same way and left outdoors until spring.
