Cosmos parviflorus
This annual species, common in North America, has airy, cut foliage and numerous small, particularly delicate flowers with white or pink petals and yellow centers.
Cosmos are a favorite with birds. The flowers can be left to dry in autumn, so they can feed on the seeds.
