This lentil, with its light green teguments, has slender, highly branched stems, forming an upright tuft 20 to 40 cm high, bearing small pods containing one or two seeds. Its small white or pale blue flowers bloom from May to August.

Sow at the end of March, in staggered rows, at a rate of 5-6 seeds per 40 cm spacing in all directions. Stub the clumps when they reach 15 cm in height, then row with small branches or on a wire stretched 20-25 cm high.
