Happy Hour Banana - Large-flowered purslane
This variety, adapted to dry regions and rock gardens, produces small, non-creeping clumps of regular, thin green leaves and double, brilliant yellow flowers that close at night.
It generally flowers earlier than other ornamental purslane varieties.

Sow in a tray, under a light shelter, at a temperature of 20°C. Loosely cover seeds, press lightly and keep moist until emergence. When plants have 5-6 leaves, prick out in individual cups or in the ground, in well-warmed soil, 20 cm apart in all directions. For direct sowing in the ground, wait until soil is sufficiently warmed and sow in rows 20 cm apart. Thin to 20 cm when plants have 5 to 6 leaves.
