• crumble the flowers and place them on an ovenproof baking sheet;
• place in the oven and bake for 30 min at 140°C: if necessary, use a baking thermometer to check that your oven is at the correct temperature;
• remove the flower plate after 30 min;
• leave to cool;
• store in an airtight jar.

The flowers are then ready to be used, as and when required, in infusions.

To prepare the infusion :

• infuse a teaspoon of flower, about 0.5 g, in 30 cl of liquid, for 3 to 5 minutes;
• add a fatty substance such as whole milk or a vegetable oil such as coconut oil, as cannabinoids are insoluble in water.

The longer the infusion, the more potent the herbal tea. These dosages are for guidance only, and it's always best to start with small quantities and gradually increase, depending on the effects you feel.
