Milas Queen Mix - Corn cockle
This messicolous, honey-bearing variety offers a mix of romantic purple and white flowers, streaked with black, on stems around 80 cm high. After a long summer's flowering, it reseeds spontaneously.
The whole plant, and especially the seeds, contain a triterpene saponoside, agrosthemin, which is toxic in high doses in animals and humans.
