Who is Goran @le.permacultueur?
It's an Instagram and Tiktok account created by a clever duo: facing Cam is Goran, a passionate, enthusiastic and promising young permaculturist. And behind the camera, Hugo, a talented videographer and editor.
Since the spring of 2023, these two long-time friends have been embarking on an ambitious project: to make gardening accessible to everyone, whatever their level or location, as well as the pleasure of growing and eating the fruits of their harvests. Their account is brimming with simple, ingenious tips and tricks, turning every everyday object or waste product into an asset for the garden!
These two acolytes, forces of hard work, determination and courage, offer us dynamic, exciting and entertaining content week after week, with unfailing good humor and a nice touch!
Varieties selected by Goran the permaculturist
This variety has bright purple pointed leaves, surrounded by a green thread at the edges, and a mauve bloom.
This variety offers hundreds of flowers and therefore hundreds of small black fruits, in huge, impressive bunches, whose flavor is much appreciated.
This black cherry tomato variety is a spontaneous mutation bred by Graham Jenkins-Belohorska in England from "Red Centiflor".
This old variety, used as a condiment, produces very decorative, curly, cut foliage. Its aroma is slightly less fragrant than that of simple parsley. The oil contained in the seeds may stain the bags.
This magnificent, highly branched variety bears numerous flowers up to 40 cm in diameter. They offer a wide range of colors, from yellow to bronze and purple, with black centers.
The flower petals enhance salads, and the seeds are very popular with birds.
This ancient variety produces compact plants with an abundance of beautiful, short, stubby, white to pale-green fruit. Their creamy-yellow flesh reveals a sweet flavor that is much appreciated.
This old variety has golden-blond, wavy foliage forming a crisp head. It has good vigor and excellent taste.
