Small Burnet Plant
Perennial, the little burnet has attractive rosette-shaped foliage and, in summer, small purple pompon inflorescences.
Its leaves, with notes of cucumber and walnut, can be eaten raw in salads or in pesto.

Sow in stacks of 3 to 4 seeds, in light soil, 25 cm apart in all directions. Keep moist until emergence. Thin out, keeping the most vigorous plant.
Water well at planting, then only if dry afterwards. Harvest young leaves as and when needed in spring.
