Bird's-foot Mouron, or Stellaire, is an edible cover plant with white flowers. It has many medicinal qualities: emmenagogue, expectorant, diuretic, laxative, vulnerary, etc.
This species, native to Europe, is eaten in soups or salads. It is rich in vitamin C.
