This hardy perennial species, also known as insecticide chrysanthemum, has highly decorative flowers, similar to large daisies, used to make preparations with insecticide and insect repellent properties.

Sow at an ideal temperature of 18-20°, in trays or cups. Use a finely sieved sowing substrate and place the seeds in it without covering them. Press down gently to improve seed contact and keep the substrate moist. Transplant into the ground, 30 cm apart in all directions, as soon as the soil has warmed up sufficiently.
