White Finch - White laceflower
On finely cut foliage, this wild species offers delicate umbels of pure white flowers, 6 to 9 cm in diameter, with an intricate lace-like pattern. Ideal for bouquets of fresh or dried flowers.
The decoction of flower heads is traditionally used in the Albanian Alps and Kosovo to relieve constipation.
This species is best sown directly into the ground, after the last spring frosts. However, gardeners used to transplanting Apiaceae can easily try transplanting young plants - sown 6 to 8 weeks earlier - every 30 cm in the row.
