Wild & Edible
A non-exhaustive directory of around one hundred wild edible plants growing in France. Each plant is presented in the form of a fact sheet: photo, identification details, where and when to pick it, its therapeutic virtues and, finally, recipes for cooking and eating them.
A book for discovering nature as a garden where everything is given to us, a book also for the walker who wants to enjoy seasonal picking while respecting and protecting nature, and finally a collection of easy-to-make, tasty and varied recipes (gratins, salads, soups, lasagne, fritters, chutneys, cakes and tarts, jellies and jams, drinks...).
