Winter Giant - Spinach
This ancient variety forms rosettes of dark-green, moderately embossed, almost smooth leaves. They have a fine texture and a fairly pronounced flavor.

Sow in the ground, in rows 25-30 cm apart, 1-2 cm deep. Thin to 10 cm at the 4 to 5-leaf stage.
This seedling should be harvested first in December to help the plants withstand winter frosts. Harvesting takes place from October to April, leaf by leaf, taking the most advanced.
