Discover fruit distillation and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the "bouilleur ambulant": an ancestral craft based on peasant know-how and rural traditions.
During this workshop, you'll learn about the history of distillation and the distiller's trade, represented by an itinerant character who is often responsible for transforming orchard fruit into eau-de-vie. You'll learn about the different distillation processes, as well as how to ferment the fruit, an essential phase in the process, so that it can reveal its full aromatic potential. The workshop concludes with a convivial tasting session to allow you to appreciate the fruits of the distillers' labor and identify the richness and subtlety of their aromas.
