After working for a long time in Lyon's associative sector, as a training leader, Florence Garcia joined the École Lyonnaise des Plantes Médicinales (ELPM) and spent three years training as an herbalist. Upon her arrival in Ariège, Florence set up her own cosmetics manufacturing business, "Les Cosmétiques Madame Mitonne", and began growing medicinal plants.
