Workshop - Walk and pick wild edible plants - 3h
Would you like to learn how to recognize wild edible plants?
The Kokopelli Association invites you to join Monique Forestier on a botanical walk through our gardens to discover these precious plant resources. Share a unique moment of knowledge transmission around the plant kingdom. Learn to identify the plants that surround us but which we often ignore, sometimes referred to as "weeds". Explore their flavors and properties, and learn how to incorporate them into your daily routine. Once you've filled your baskets, head to the kitchen to prepare a recipe highlighting these wild plants, which you'll then enjoy in a convivial atmosphere.
