As with many e-commerce sites, you first need to create an account on our website. You can then place an order by logging into your account.
By post
You can fill in our order form and send it to us with your payment to the following address

However, we strongly advise you to place your order via our website: this way, your order is processed much more quickly. In fact, we have to re-enter each order received by post into our computer software before we can process it. Nevertheless, we are always delighted to receive your letters, which are often accompanied by words of encouragement!
By telephone
You can place your order by telephone on +33 (0)5 61 67 69 87, only in the afternoon during the season (January to April).
Delivery times
You can choose between three delivery methods:
"Lettre Suivie" (for orders under 50 grams, delivery can take up to a week and a half)
"Colissimo" (delivery generally takes a maximum of 72 hours)
"Chronopost" (orders placed before 10 a.m. are delivered by 1 p.m. the following day).
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method and the total weight of the parcel. This calculation is made automatically via the site's shopping cart.
During the high season (January to April), delivery times may be longer due to the volume of orders to be processed.
We ship daily throughout the European Union, with no concern for the circulation of seeds, except in French overseas departments and territories, where they are systematically destroyed by customs.
On the other hand, outside the European Union, regulations on this subject are specific to each country, and we cannot control them all. You can therefore place an order through our online store, but we cannot guarantee that it will clear customs. To be on the safe side, you can send them to an acquaintance living in France, who will then send them to you (one-to-one is more likely to receive your seeds), or put them in your luggage when you travel to France.
Packaging
The quantity of seed in our sachets varies according to the species. It is indicated either in gram(s) or in number of seeds, on each of our product sheets. (1)

Payment methods
You can choose the payment method that suits you best:
by credit card
by cheque (order will be dispatched on receipt of cheque)
by bank transfer (the order will be dispatched on receipt of the transfer), but PLEASE NOTE: In the wording of your transfer, the order number MUST appear. Bank transfers take approximately 2 working days to reach our account. Thank you for your patience.
