What if you stood out through diversity and taste?

Today, an overwhelming majority of organic market gardeners use, for almost all their productions, varieties bred by the agro-industry : the famous F1 hybrids.

Generally more productive – as long as only yield and not nutritional quality is considered – these varieties offer to producers the assurance of stable, calibrated harvests and simplified technical processes. And for good reason: foreign competition is hard, the occupation is demanding, and income is often too uncertain to take the risk of incorporating new varieties more diversified.

Aware of this reality and the difficulties inherent to market gardening, we are committed to support you in a diversification approach. Our goal? Helping you to stand out thanks to the taste, nutritional quality and diversity of your production!

Quality at the service of producers

French seeds

With a network of professional producers/growers, more than 95% of our seeds are multiplied and selected in French farms. The rest does not come foo the other side of the world but simply from producers or partners in neighboring countries such as Switzerland - with Sativa - Belgium, Italy and Germany.

High germination rates

Test de germination

While legal seeds germination rates, by species, are imposed by Directive 2002/55/CE, at Kokopelli we adhere to our own, much stricter, germination criteria to ensure optimal seeds growth.

Each batch we receive from our professional producers is subject to a succession of quality tests: humidity, purity, parasites and finally germination. If one of these tests is inconclusive, the batch is sent to our sorting office - equipped with a fleet of specialized machines, in order to be cleaned and tested again until the batch is putted into circulation or eliminated. Each batch is thus tested several times a year to ensure, if the batch is stored for more than a year, that germination rated as well as other quality criteria, remain above our standards.

Special packaging and adapted pricing

Our market gardener range is currently being developed and will soon, we hope, meet your expectations in terms of diversity, of packaging and of pricing. For now, we offer a price suited to your business on our entire range of varieties as well as other non-seed products.

However, we consider any special requests for larger packaging . Don't hesitate to contact us.
