Preparation, Delivery, and Returns
At Kokopelli, delivery is free in France for orders over €60! (excluding orders containing plants)
At Your Service
Our preparation team works tirelessly, especially during the peak sowing season, to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Generally, please allow 24 to 48 hours for preparation before your package is handed over to the carrier.
Express orders placed before 10 AM are prioritized and shipped the same day.
Delivery Methods
IMPORTANT: For orders containing plants, shipments take place every Wednesday (outside the spring season) and from Monday to Thursday starting from the arrival of annual plant varieties, from early April to late May.

Whether you’re patient, in a hurry, or prefer picking up your order in the city center, we have a solution for you. When finalizing your order, you can choose from several delivery methods:

Standard Delivery
With standard delivery, you have several options:
Tracked Letter
Packages under 50 g are shipped via La Poste Tracked Letter, with an estimated delivery time of 3 business days in France, after preparation and logistics.

Colissimo Without Signature
For a flexible, simple, and affordable delivery option, you can choose Colissimo without signature. The package is delivered directly to your mailbox within 48 hours after preparation. If the mailbox is too small or delivery is not possible, a notice will be left, and the package will be available for 14 business days at the post office or pickup point before being returned to the sender. Colissimo With Signature
Packages weighing 30 kg or less can be shipped via Colissimo with signature. Delivery occurs 48 hours after preparation. A signature is required upon receipt. In case of absence, a notice will be left, and the package will be available for 14 business days at the post office before being returned to the sender. Track your shipment here: www.colissimo.fr
Colissimo Pickup Point
The Colissimo Pickup Point option allows you to collect your package within 48 hours after preparation. An ID may be required upon pickup.
IMPORTANT, packages are not held indefinitely at pickup points:
- 15 calendar days at the post office
- 10 calendar days at Pickup Relay locations
- 5 calendar days at Pickup Lockers
Express Delivery
Delivery via Chronopost is available regardless of order amount. For orders placed before 10 AM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), delivery is made the next day before 1 PM to your specified address or a Chrono Relay pickup point. Estimated delivery time is 24 hours after preparation.
Chronopost packages are available for pickup for 14 days at the post office or Chronopost agency, 7 days at Pickup Relays, and 3 days at Pickup Lockers before being returned to the sender. Track your shipment here: www.chronopost.fr.
In-Store Pickup - At Kokopelli
You can opt for in-store pickup. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with a code to present at our store in Mas d’Azil.
Your package will be held for 15 days before cancellation and refund. Plants are not available for this pickup option.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to justify your decision. This period starts from the day of order receipt. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it extends to the next business day.
Returns must be made within 14 days after notifying your withdrawal. Only the product price and shipping costs will be refunded if the request is within the deadline. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. However, under Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Plants and bulbs (perishable goods),
- Customized seed packets (goods made to customer specifications).
