Heart pea

Heart pea - Cardiospermum halicacabum - is a medicinal plant in the Sapindaceae family. It is a perennial cultivated as an annual in our regions, with climbing tendrils and evergreen leaves. " Cardiospermum " means "heart seeds" and refers to the plant's black, pea-sized seeds with a white heart-shaped spot. Heart pea is used to treat allergic and inflammatory skin conditions, as well as rheumatism.
