Hyssop
Hyssop is a perennial plant in the Lamiaceae family. The genus Hyssopus comprises 5 known species, the most widely used of which is certainly Hyssop officinale - Hyssopus officinalis. This plant is widely used in phytotherapy for a wide range of ailments: pulmonary disorders, stomach disorders, asthma, bronchitis and muscular rheumatism. It can also be used in cooking to aid digestion.
