Triple Purple - Arroch
This vigorous variety, selected by Frank Morton for its color, produces thick, serrated leaves of a beautiful deep purple. They can be eaten raw or cooked, like spinach.

Sow lightly, directly in place, in rows 30 to 40 cm apart. Thin to 20 or 30 cm on the row when plants have 5 to 6 leaves. It is also possible to sow in pots of 3 to 4 seeds. Stagger sowing every 3 weeks to spread out harvesting.
