Who is The Frenchie Gardener

Patrick Vernuccio « The Frenchie Gardener » on Instagram, has lived in urban areas since his childhood. Four years ago, he decided to try to grow food on his balcony. He quickly discovered how magic it is to plant a seed which can give birth to a huge plant, providing with edible fruits or vegetables. Growing food in urban areas is possible and he experimented with many different varieties to see which ones would grow healthily in pots & containers, even with a limited space. He is now growing dozens of edible varieties. Growing your food can reconnect you with our seasons, our nature & the food we have on our plate. An urban garden is also a place on which you can welcome back biodiversity by planting flowers. Patrick advocates for growing heirloom seeds with Kokopelli, that are fully reproducible.
