Bennings Green Patty Pan - Pepo squash
This variety produces up to 15 attractive, star-shaped, greenish-white fruits with thick, firm flesh. The young fruits, 5 cm in diameter, can be eaten raw or cooked, and have an artichoke-like flavor.

Sow in pots at a temperature of between 18 and 20°C, 2 to 3 weeks before planting. Transplant, with the root ball, into the ground, after the last frosts, at a distance of 1 m in all directions.
