This productive, drought-tolerant species produces long, green pods (18-20 cm) with seeds rich in protein, tryptophan and lysine.
Sow directly in place, in sufficiently warmed soil, 2 to 3 cm deep, every 8 cm, in rows 40 cm apart, or in stacks of 3 to 5 seeds, 40 cm apart in all directions. Stake plants 3 weeks after emergence. Install stakes before the voluble stems emerge, to ensure harmonious plant development.

Dolique grains are very rich in protein, particularly tryptophan and lysine, and their high fiber content contributes to good intestinal function. They are also concentrated in magnesium, phosphorus, copper, iron, zinc and potassium, which play an essential role in the formation and maintenance of health. The presence of B vitamins activates numerous metabolic reactions, and folates contribute to the production of body cells. Finally, antioxidants provide cellular protection against various types of inflammation and degeneration.
