Glossy - Epazote
This vigorous variety can grow up to 1.2 m tall. Its bright, light-colored foliage is uniquely fragrant and pungent, and is traditionally used to season beans and Mexican sauces. Its flowers attract beneficial insects.

Sow in pots under cover. Transplant at 30 cm intervals in all directions when plants have 4 to 5 leaves. For sowing in the garden, wait until after the last frosts, open a shallow furrow and sow lightly. When plants have 4 to 5 leaves, thin out to leave one plant every 30 cm.
