Oaxaca Red - Epazote
This aromatic plant, with its red foliage, has many virtues: vermifuge, carminative and antispasmodic. Its leaves have a fresh, pungent flavor.

Sow in pots under cover. Transplant at 30 cm intervals in all directions when plants have 4 to 5 leaves. For sowing in the garden, wait until after the last frosts, open a shallow furrow and sow lightly. When plants have 4 to 5 leaves, thin out to leave one plant every 30 cm.
This variety sprouts spontaneously.
