Olive Green - Maxima squash
This ancient variety produces smooth, egg-shaped fruit up to 25 cm in diameter, weighing 2 to 3 kg. The olive-green skin is easy to peel, and the yellow flesh is firm and stringy, improving with storage.
Fruits keep for 3 to 7 months.
