Zloty Lan - Chamomile
This Polish variety of chamomile produces a myriad of white flowers with yellow centers and a powerful flavor, much appreciated in herbal teas. They have a high concentration of essential oil, from 0.8% to 1.5%.
The essential oil of this variety contains 4 to 12% bisabolol and 15 to 20% chamazulene.
Matricaria has many medicinal qualities: anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, etc.

Sow lightly in buckets, or in small boxes, and place the seedlings under a light shelter. Cover the seeds lightly, press lightly and keep the substrate moist. As soon as the seedlings have 3 to 4 true leaves, transplant into individual buckets or plant directly in the ground if the soil has warmed sufficiently.
