Chervil
Chervil is an aromatic plant in the Apiaceae family. The genus Anthriscus comprises 20 known species. The leaves are commonly used fresh or dried in French cuisine, adding a refreshing, aniseed flavor. Chervil's high nutritional content in iron, calcium and vitamins makes it a good food for preventing anemia. Depending on the season and harvest, Kokopelli also offers perennial or tuberous chervil - Chaerophyllum bulbosum - whose root part is eaten, but whose leaves are toxic.
