This very hardy variety, with its umbels of white flowers, has green, cut leaves with an aniseed and licorice fragrance, much appreciated as a condiment. It adapts to a wide range of growing conditions.

Sow lightly, directly in place, in rows 20 cm apart. Cover seeds lightly. Thin to 10 cm when plants have a few leaves. Sow in trays or pots, under cover. Transplant as soon as there's no longer any risk of frost. Repeat sowing regularly to harvest throughout the season.
