Winter chervil is an early, very vigorous and hardy variety. It offers highly aromatic foliage with a fine flavor and goes well with a multitude of dishes. Frost-resistant, it is ideally suited to regions with late winters.

Sow lightly, directly in place, in rows 20 cm apart. Cover seeds lightly. Thin to 10 cm when plants have a few leaves. Sow in trays or pots, under cover. Transplant as soon as there's no longer any risk of frost. Repeat sowing regularly to harvest throughout the season.
