Bronze - Fennel
This perennial fennel is highly ornamental, with sumptuous, bronze, almost purple foliage. It has a pleasant aniseed fragrance that is much appreciated in the preparation of many dishes.
Bronze fennel has the same properties as Foeniculum vulgare.

Sow in cups under a light shelter. Transplant at 40 cm in all directions, in warm soil, when frost is no longer a concern. For direct sowing, sow in rows 40 cm apart. It is also possible to sow directly in autumn, for an earlier harvest.
