Double Garland - Fragrance Chrysanthemum
This variety has young shoots, leaves and mostly yellow double flowers, with a strong flavor reminiscent of watercress and juniper berries. In traditional Chinese and Japanese cuisine, they are eaten raw, in salads, or cooked, in stir-fries.
This variety, also known as "Crown Chrysanthemum", adapts to all soils and many growing conditions.
