Great Wave Miike - Indian mustard
This variety produces short, broad green leaves with smooth edges and red veins, offering a firm texture and superb sweet, tangy flavor.
This variety can be planted all year round for mesclun, but is best harvested in autumn. It is not very sensitive to frost.

Sow in pots 3 weeks before planting. Transplant when plants have 4 to 5 leaves, 25 cm apart in all directions. For direct sowing, sow lightly, in rows 30 cm apart. When plants have 4 to 5 leaves, thin out to 30 cm. Keep the soil moist. Spring sowing is possible, provided it takes place just after the last frosts to minimize the risk of early bolting.
The leaves are picked as needed.
