This old, very runny variety produces gray-green fruits weighing 5 to 7 kg, slightly flattened and ribbed, with a thick epidermis. Their bright orange flesh has a very mild flavor and a high beta-carotene content. They keep for almost 1 year.

Sow in pots at a temperature of between 18 and 20°C, 2 to 3 weeks before planting.
