Sow lightly, directly in the ground, in rows 25 cm apart, tamping lightly and keeping moist. Thin and keep the soil cool. If lamb's lettuce is grown in full sun, shade the rows.
When harvesting, cut the leaves off at the collar to allow a second growth.
