Komatsuna - Japanese mustard
This old variety is not very sensitive to bolting and produces rounded, green leaves. They have a crunchy texture and a mild, slightly spicy flavor, and can be used like Chinese cabbage or sweet mustard: in soups, stir-fries, sauces or salads.
