Pomehana Apple - Variegated Mid-season Tomato
This variety produces an abundance of small, heart-shaped fruits, weighing from 60 to 180 g, with orange-yellow flesh streaked with pink. They reveal a deliciously fragrant, fruity flavor.
Developed by Tom Wagner, from "Green Grape" and "Hawaiian Pineapple", it can be varied in color, shape and flavor.

Sow in pots at a temperature of between 16 and 20°C, under a well-lit shelter, 5 weeks before planting. After the last frosts, transplant the whole clump into the ground at a minimum distance of 50 cm, burying the stem up to the first leaves. Water abundantly at the time of planting.
Solanaceae need light and heat to produce. In cool climates, it's best to grow them under cover and, depending on the soil, water them regularly.

This variety, recently developed by Tom Wagner, was selected from crosses of the "Green Grape" variety and the "Hawaiian Pineapple" variety, made around 1992-1994. Its name means "warm love" in Hawaiian.
