Fiolaro Di Creazzo - Broccoli
This rare and atypical variety of broccoli has been cultivated since ancient times. It doesn't form an apple, but offers an abundance of delicious side shoots along the central stem, in the manner of collards and kale.
Its shoots are traditionally harvested after the first frost, when they reveal all their sweet and spicy flavors.
