Pe-Tsai - Chinese cabbage
This variety, the most common on French shelves, has a dense rosette of light-green leaves with broad white ribs, 20 to 35 cm high. Mild and sweet-tasting, they can be eaten raw or cooked.

Sow directly in the ground, in clusters of 2 to 3 seeds, 30 cm apart in all directions. Thin out each cluster to keep the most vigorous plant.
