This variety, selected by Sativa Rheinau, offers a compact, cylindrical apple with pale-green leaves and broad white ribs. Mild and sweet-tasting, they can be eaten raw or cooked, or ideally lacto-fermented like kimchi.

in the ground, in bucket
Sow directly in the ground, in clusters of 2 to 3 seeds, 30 cm apart in all directions. Thin out each cluster to keep the most vigorous plant.
Spring sowing is possible as long as it takes place just after the last frosts, to minimize the risk of early bolting.
