This old French variety can withstand temperatures as low as - 5°C. It produces a beautiful, dense, creamy-white head weighing from 0.5 to 1 kg, which keeps for several days after harvesting and can be frozen.
These hardy cauliflowers overwinter in the open ground, with protection in colder regions, and form their heads in early spring.

Semer en godets, sous abri. Recouvrir les graines d'une fine couche de terre. Repiquer une première fois quand les plants ont 3 à 4 feuilles, pour que les racines prennent du “chevelu” avant d'être mis en place. Repiquer lorsque les plants ont 4 à 5 feuilles, tous les 60 cm sur des lignes espacées de 60 cm, sans trop enterrer la tige.
