Sow in pots or in trays, at a temperature of between 20 and 25°C, under a well-lit shelter, 8 to 10 weeks before planting. This ancient variety from Hungary is named after the woman who protected and stored its seeds. It was introduced to the USA in 1997 by Fedco Seds. According to the Seed Savers Exchange, it is a mild version of "Almapaprika".
