Sow light-coloured directly in place, in rows 15 cm apart. Cover lightly with fine soil. Water. Thin out every 10 to 15 cm when rosettes have formed. To spread out harvests more evenly, we recommend staggering sowing.
Watercress appreciates regular, copious watering. Pick as needed, cutting the leaves at the base of the rosette.
